Club Med Cancún

The bar service in club med was exceptional in particular my experience with Luis and Tomas was extraordinary definitely the best bartenders in the villa. Anne-Marie from the spa team and Iva from the mini club team were amazing company. The rest of the staff were energetic and had a great Energy and the lights went out and they brought out portable lights so we can still see and then the lights came back on and then we continue to have a good time!!! Thank you all!!!

First trip to Club Med Cancun and...it was fabulous. This was our 5th club med location, and you can always tell a well run resort, with a great team! Jose Luis (CDV) leads a great team! Food was delicious (definitely recommend the tomahawk steak & lobster! It's an event not just a fab dinner!! so worth it!) If you are into pickleball - great courts, daily events and lessons, all included ! (Jorge, Julio amazing!) Monica was helpful when some medical support was needed-and the whole team from reception-sales-service, all so kind! Boutique had everything we needed (really reasonable and fashionable finds for 45 night!) Accommodations updated, clean, spacious. Big shoutout to a few superstars - Meaghan, Hector, Jazmin, Jose Luise (Jade), Magali, Samantha and Thais - too many to mention - but we highly recommended this location, atmosphere is friendly, personal, guest centered - and look forward to going back...adding a spa visit next time, we didn't get there, but it was highly recommended when talking with a few guests poolside! Just ran out of time!

We just got back from our trip at Club med Cancun and once again had a fantastic time. This is truly a special place for family vacations. The resort is beautiful, wonderful food (try the restaurants, Taco Arte with Manuel and Enrique or the Estancia with Alberto), great drinks (with our favorite barman Julio who taught us how to do a Cantarito in Ixtapa!). The true value of Club Med does remain in the activities and the GOs who are the heart of a good stay. Xabi made sure to include us and talked to us during our stay. Jason and Hugo were also walking around making sure we were pleased with everything, We played pickleball every day with Julio, Jorge and MJ who were fun instructors. We were able to sail and saw Paolo again who remembered us from our last visit. A quick shout out also to William and Pablo. And my daughter and I tried latino dances with Angel who kept it fun and lighthearted. I can’t thank enough Noelie and Noemie from the teens club who made sure both our teens had the time of their lives all week. It was so good to see Thais again and meet Sander as well. Truly a wonderful week-full of sunshine and smiles. Thank you Jose Luis – your team is great!

We recently stayed for a week as a family of four with two young children (2&5). Mini Club - my 5 year old had a fantastic time at the Mini Club they had plenty of activities, the staff has lots of energy and kept the kids engaged and wanting to come back the next morning. The show in particular was incredible. Notably Ivan, Ale, Jessica and Anahi were fantastic. Petit Club - *when we transferred sites for our vacation our petit club reservation “fell off” and these hook up very fast meaning if you don’t have one months before you have to wait and hope on a daily basis each AM and PM*. However for the times we were able to get our 2 year old in the staff were amazing, she loved her time there and they do some time by the pool but also in the shaded cool room which is perfect for naps. Food - our absolute favourite restaurant was Taco Arte by the splash pad/beach. We went both for the buffet breakfast and included à la carte dinner which you must reserve. At the man restaurant food is good for an all inclusive buffet. All of the buffets and à la cart have kids options which was great. Fitness - we loved doing the HIIT and Zumba classes with Nelson. Shows - the kids shows in the evening were absolutely amazing - the staff are so talented. Our favourite was the Cancuna Matata and kids talent show. Overall loved our stay - had great time with our kids at the splash pad and family pool as well as some time to ourselves when they were in club to recharge. Would recommend

I just spent 3 wonderful weeks at Club Med Cancun and would definitely recommend others go! Special thanks to Jean Philippe and the Bar Team who are the heart of the Club! Great selection of drinks and services! Jean Philippe always puts a smile on people’s face. The atmosphere was great and people like Daniel, Jose, Jorge, Eduardo, Dario, Isidro were particularly great! Eloise, Claudia and Hector did an amazing at the reception and were always here to help, accommodate our needs and make things easy and fun! The restaurants were amazing too and the food delicious, here as well so many choices and options for everyone. The rooms were clean and Silvia took great care of us! Overall the location is great, many activities and excursions to go on and good parties at night too! I would absolutely come back and thank you to Jason and the whole team for your hard work!

We just returned from an incredible family vacation at Club Med Cancun, and it was one of those trips where everyone—from parents to young adults—had an amazing time. My husband and I stayed in the Jade Exclusive Collection, while our three daughters (ages 19–26) and two of their friends stayed in the main resort. It turned out to be the perfect combination. We loved the peaceful and elevated atmosphere at Jade, with its beautiful setting, private pool area, and exceptional service, while the younger group enjoyed the lively vibe, sports, activities, and meeting other people their age. The food was consistently excellent, with great variety between the restaurants and fresh options every day. The beach is beautiful, and there is always something to do—from water sports and fitness classes to relaxing by the pool. In the evenings, the shows and entertainment created such a fun and festive atmosphere. What really made the stay special was the incredible staff. Everyone was welcoming, energetic, and genuinely seemed to love what they do. A special thank you to the team at Jade Exclusive Collection, who went above and beyond and made our stay feel truly special. We left with wonderful family memories and are already talking about going back. Highly recommend Club Med Cancun for a fun, high-quality vacation for all ages.

We had a blast at Club Med Cancún on 01/03 with our group of three adults and three kids, mostly because the place hits that perfect sweet spot where everyone actually stays happy. The food was surprisingly great with plenty of variety for all six of us, and the sports were the real standout—we spent our days hitting the volleyball court, trying the trapeze, sailing, and snorkeling right off the beach, with some mini-golf thrown in for good measure. What really made the trip was how super friendly everyone was; the staff has this great energy that makes the whole place feel welcoming and easygoing. It’s rare to find a spot where the kids are constantly entertained and the adults can actually relax, but we all had a great time and would definitely head back for the vibe alone.

We had a fantastic stay at Club Med Cancun in December! The restaurants and food were excellent, with plenty of variety and consistently great quality. We especially loved the pickleball courts, lessons,and the wide range of activities through the resort - paddleboarding, snorkeling included. The staff of course make the experience, everyone was guest centered, friendly and genuinely helpful. The Chief of Village, Jose Luis has a great team and it shows throughout the resort - starting at reception, through to leisure, the spa, the boutique and evening shows. Special thank you's go to Meaghan (always there to help, always smiling!), Hector, Jazmin, Thais, Samantha and the entire Jade team. We would absolutely return - the Kids Club, their activities and staff looked like they provide a fantastic family experience.....so considering that for our next trip for the whole family!
